Focus
I've had a big problem with focus. In this digital age it is so easy to lose concentration on what you need to get done. Each week I want to give you ideas and tools that have helped me with focusing on your work to achieve goals. If you're not doing activities that make sales then you're on the wrong track.
I just finished reading "Master Your Focus" by Thibaut Meurisse ©2019 This is a great read to help you focus in this digital world.
This is what Thibaut writes... " You usually procrastinate due to the following:
Fear. You're afraid of not doing a good enough job, fear being rejected or are scared of the unknown
Lack of clarity. You don't know what you should be doing to make progress on your goals, and you feel stuck.
Lack of motivation. You don't have a clear vision and therefore are not motivated to work on your tasks.
Lack of energy. You don't have the energy to work on a particular task at the moment."
The preceding is from the 2nd chapter "Focus And Productivity" where Thibaut writes about how your ability to focus determines your productivity and how you will achieve your goals.

Being the first newsletter I want to touch a few of the areas where we will learn how to get traffic for your websites, blogs, or wherever you want traffic to go to. Next week I want to teach you about how to start using YouTube for traffic.

I'm sure I've missed some as we start to investigate all the different ways to get traffic. Traffic is a ongoing learning process to keep up to date and profitable whether it be your time or money. Fr.ee traffic takes a lot of time and work to get leads. Paid traffic can be instantaneous and can be scaled up.
Video is getting more exposure now than ever. More and more marketers are going to video to get traffic. I want to concentrate on video starting in the next newsletter. We will cover different methods & strategies.
This Weeks Education
This week we will look at niches. Soon I want to cover email marketing via landing pages and funnels. Keyword research is what we’ll learn next week.
Niche Research
There are thousands of niches and sub-niches. You don't have to be a expert but should have some knowledge and interest in the niche you choose. Pick something that is profitable and also enjoyable. If you don't enjoy your niche you will lose interest and won't stay motivated.
Where are you going to get traffic from. Pick a niche that fits your audience. YouTube is good if you make videos. Social media sites consider the audience in each platform and what problems you can solve for them. Sales are made by solving problems.
Make sure there is competition in your niche. If there is competition you know others are making sales. If it is real competitive you may want to drill down into a sub-niche category. For example: Instead of "fishing" concentrate on "fly fishing" or even drill down more to "fly fishing flies" or "fly fishing reels." With a good sub-niche you can become the "go to" person.
Are there enough products to promote? Another great question. After a few months you don't want to run out of things to promote.
Are there similar products to promote in your niche. Going back to fly fishing is there a training course you could promote.
Is your niche something your customers need every month such as a health supplement. This gives you recurring revenue month after month and builds up after time.
Is your niche evergreen and profitable such as these:
Wealth
Health
MMO (make money online)
Relationships (dating)
Learn to play an instrument
Learn a new language
Green energy
Spirituality
Survival
Pick your niche. If you need help leave questions and comments.
